Manage multiple properties

We manage holiday properties for owners, is there a better way to manage the properties (more than 10), from one place for instance?

You can have multiple listings under one account.

I have 11 flats in a single building, and 16 rooms in another property  for this  i have created multiple listing for the same property which i am finding very difficult to maintain. Usually few listing gets booked which has more reivew and other wont be booked at at all. In peak times blocking the multiple calenders is a night mare, more over we cannot link airbnb account to the channel manager too, every new booking we need to do it manually.

Can some one please help
