It only lets me decline the reservation although it's not booked...

If the dates aren't blocked on your calendar, do you have your setting to where it requires several days notice to book (and the request is within that time period)?

If the dates aren't blocked on your calendar, do you have your setting to where it requires several days notice to book (and the request is within that time period)? Also, your calendar may be blocked off by default and you will have to open up the days on it.
