Minimum Stay Question

Hi

I have set the minimum stay for 4 months, but for some reason the system disregards it, and I am constantly recieving reservation requests for shorter periods of time. What can I do? I am getting warning messages from Airbnb although I keep sending this issue as a question, am not receiving any reply, and commenting in my refusal for requests that this is the issue I am facing, yet nothing happens.

Please help me resolve this

Hello @Inbal3,

You don't say which dates you're getting requests for fewer than 120 nights for.

There are different minimum stays for different periods.

When I go to your listing and try to book for October or November it enforces your minimum stay of 14 nights. When I try to book for December or January it enforces a minimum of 120 nights. So the 120 minimum now seems to be working for December, January etc.

A guest can request to book for 14 nights from, say, the 30th of November to the 14th of December as the minimum applies to the check in date even if the stay includes days where the minimum would be 120.

If the above doesn't explain your issue then you'll have to contact Airbnb support.
