I completed my first rental with AIRBNB two weeks ago, and there is no evidence of a payout coming my way. I have received no notification that it is coming, and my payout summery/pending payout says $0. This was a $6,500 rental.
The only customer service number I have is 1 (855) 424-7262, and in each of the FOUR times I have called in the last two weeks, I have been told they cannot resolve the problem but the issue will be triaged with the appropriate team and I will be contacted with support. I have not yet been contacted and there is still no evidence that any payment is pending.
Is this really what AIRBNB is about? VRBO pays out immediately - there has never been a question. Does anybody have an contact name of an AIRBNB individual, or more specific billing issue customer support number?
I am stunned at this problem in the first place and secondly, the non-existent follow-up. If anybody has a direct name of an individual at the company that can help, I would be grateful.
