I have the same issue. I'm new in hosting and I joined this community to somehow find answers. I have been contacting them for a month now and still I haven't received my payout.
Hi @Salah56 ! The team informed us that they'll get in touch with Payoneer and with you to get this issue resolved. Have you heard from them in the meantime?
@Julie-Ann34 I'm forwarding your case to the team now, they'll be in touch with you shortly and I'll let you know if we get an update in the meantime. 🙂
Hi @Sybe
I'm really hoping you can help me. It is really frustrating and it's not good for my pregnancy. This is only my source of income and I need my payout for my guests.
@Sybe Ok! No, I haven't heard nothing from them only that they have a technical issue and the engineering team is on the case. Now they have even suspended my account because I complain too much
Any updates? @Sybe . I don't even use payoneer! I have reported this issue for them 8.8 and now is 15.9! More then 5 weeks are they working on this case. Unbelievable!!
@Salah56 Airbnb use Payoneer to deliver payments not you.Look back at your account statement from your bank and see if they have always used Payoneer to send your money or have changed from another carrier. It is easy to see, or ring your bank or go in and ask if Payoneer is able to connect with your account . It seems you otherwise do not look at your payments online or understand them . Set up online banking if you do not have it already and it will make it easy to check payments , also in your dashboard become more familar with reading the reservation ,transaction information. I sometimes think reading these posts that 'the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing'Good luck H
@Helen744 "It seems you otherwise do not look at your payments online or understand them" thanks for that! I appreciate that! 🙏🏽
Anywho the technical team have admitted that they have a technical issue and the engineering team is working on to fix it. The funny thing is that I'm getting my upcoming payments in the SAME bank account, but I'm missing like 12 previous payments!
@Salah56 I am not trying to teach my grandma how to suck eggs ,but firstly the payments can be delivered after a month and can then be delivered in a 'batch' Is this what has happened,? secondly it is easy to look on the dashboard and see that ,the guest has paid and to also see a day after the guest arrives that the coin has been sent to your account. How you could have waited for twelve reservations is beyond me ,and payments are paid in order ,so having some paid and some not does not make sense . I suggested you check all of these reservations and accounts because I never see these payment issues resolved , so maybe pop back and let us know how it went , because one thing Airbnb is generally efficient with is payments .All the best H
also the comment about Payoneer does not make sense. H
@Helen744 "Airbnb is generally efficient with is payments" hahaha. Are you serious? Havent you read this thread, many people are complaining. Some even have waited more then 2 months to get their payments.
Okey, how can I descripe this issue so you can understand! I joined Airbnb in May. May, June and the most of Juli I recieved all my payouts whitout any problem. Then suddenly all the reservation after the 21.7 Airbnb have stopped sending me the payouts that my guest have paid. The second of september I deleted my bank account and put it again. Now Im recieving my payouts from 2.9 til now. But the payouts from 21.7 till 2.9 is missing. It still says upcoming payments.
Sorry of my bad spelling, english is not my first language.
@Salah56 and you have answered it yourself ,by deleting your account and rectivating it you have caused a batch of payments to richochet back and forth . Check with your bank again . Do not delete your account H
@Salah56 Ring them again because it sounds like bad advice . Check with your bank and they should be able to tell you where the payments are . All the best H
@Helen744 I like how confident you are when you speak. It sounds like you work for Airbnb.
Its actually not a bad idea. When or if you have problems with payouts they will tell you exactally the same!
The problem is that they had a glitch, a bug in the system. The technical team + the engineering team was and are on the case. But now finally the bug is not there anymore, so I probaly will get my payouts soon.
