Missing Reviews

Two reviews from recent guests are not appearing for my property although my reviews of the guests appear in their profile. Any idea why this should have happened?

On the face of it it means that they did not write a review. Both parties have 14 within which to do so, after that time if only one party has written a review it appears - if both parties write a review within the timeframe then both reviews appear immediately.
