Missing listings?!

Some of my family live in Canada and I wanted them to check out our UK listing. They put in the town and county but could not find us. They had to plough through 300 listings but there was no sign of our listing. 

We have 8 applicable filters so they checked back with those applied but still no sign. What was even more strange was that there were several listings for towns 15 to 20 miles away.

Has anyone else had this problem - or do you have more interesting things to do with your lives than getting people to look you up? lol
