Missing reservation

Hi,

I had an inquiry from a guest and before he booked someone else booked the space.  He then wrote me saying he had successfully booked (it showed not possible from our side) and gave me the transaction code and even had a reciept with our address on it.  They've charged his card too.  I can't seem to get anyone "live' from Airbnb to help with this.  He has written an email but not gotten a response.  I'm concerned because I thought it was impossible to double book but apparently that's not the case.  Has anyone ever had this issue before?  Has anyone successfully gotten an Airbnb employee on the phone for issues such as these?
