Missing reviews ,missing messages

So irritated ,contacted Airbnb ,no response .All my reviews since Feb are missing.I cant access any messages or send any messages to my guests ???

I know LOTS of people are having these issues ,why all of a sudden is this happening?

I cant see any previous messages from guests to see what time they are arriving ,if i sent them contact info.I cant send messges either .How am i supposed to run my airbnb listing when nothing is being done to solve these issues?

I had people leave a month ago who said they put a review but I can not find it. I can not even find the review I put for them. Who do I contact? Where should I be looking?
