Oh my good! I had guests who booked for 6 people and they arrived with 5, without canceling. Everything was o.k. Before they ordered breakfast, but than they didn't take, o.k. When they left I got from airbnb a reduced bill, cause of a storno. I thought the guests storned anything and I was upset. I didn't know, that airbnb minimized the bill cause a different storno. It was from a guest, who booked, where I missed to block for the reason of our vacation. I told that guest at once (same day he had booked) and thought everything will be o.k. It was the first storno I did, so normaly its free, only the second one within 6 month you have to pay. That was the reason everything went wrong, cause I thought my guests did anything. I know, its confusing and I got very confused. Because of all the trouble, the valuating from the guests was bad, cause I thougt they tried to betray. Perhaps airbnb could have send me a mail, where thea told me the reason, they reduce money!
