Moderate cancelation policy help

I have a tenant wishing to cancel her stay at our house. The cancellation policy is moderate, which reads that you can get a full refund aside from airbnb fees up to 5 days in advance. My question, as well as the tenants, is what are the fees and how much are they?

Tell her to cancel the stay. Don't you do it. You don't have to charge her if you don't want. Airbnb has certainl booking fees but I don't think htey are really that much ...you can try to figure it out by playing with the numbers a little.
