Modified booking errors cause multiple problems.

Both the guest and host requested date modifications. Original date Oct. 8-9. New date Oct.14-15. The requests are listed as excepted. Yet, there are no changes made to the calendar, reservations nor upcoming reservation. On Oct. 9, I noticed the error and requested date change again. Airbnb believed guest stayed on the original date of Oct. 8-9. They requested a guest review on Oct. 10. Will I be able to write a review for the new booking date of Oct. 14-15? Will the guest have the same problem reporting a host review? Why didn't the modifications work using Chrome? Because the calendar wasn't correct, I had to decline possible guests for same dates.  In addition, I cannot see the guest information. My messages to the guest with my contact information are blocked.
