If you have multiple rooms on air bnb is it possible to send a link to somebody showing all your rooms? I cant seem to be able to list all the rooms to a particular host when not logged in.
@Brian185 As far as I know, each llisting has its own unique link, however, when you are view one listing, there is a link to the host's other properties. You can instruct your potential guest to click on that link. Would that work for you?
Actually, @Brian185, I think you can send a link to your profile rather than to an individual listing and all your listings will show up.
Hi, @Brian185. As @Linda108 says, you can do it through your profile page. From a laptop/desktop, go to the dropdown under your name, click Edit Profile, then View Profile. Under the two or three listings it shows for you on that page, you will see View All Listings. Click that and you get a nice layout of your listings with a map of them to the side. Very handy. Just share that URL with prospective guests. You might want to clean it up a bit - there will be characters at the end that are unnecessary. Experiment until you get something shareable that works. Hope this helps.
Hi, @Yvette30. I can see your three listings when I look at your profile - at least I can here on my laptop. There is no View All Listings button if you have only three listings. All three just show up, so there is no need for the extra link. Is the someone you sent your profile link to looking with a phone or a laptop? I don't think listings on a profile page disappear for people without accounts, but I really don't know.
Perhaps you can send that person the three separate links to the three properties. See what happens. All the best!
Hi
Can anyone suggest how to drop the number of rooms available. I am new host and have put extra rooms by error
Hi, @Debanjan0. Just unlist the rooms that you listed by accident. Look up "deactivate my listing" in the Help Centre.
Hi. I have 4 rooms available, but at the moment that one gets occupied, the calendar does not show availability of the other three, can you help me out? it seems that I am only allowed to accept one booking at a time, thanks.
You have made a common mistake for people who are new to this platform, @Ernesto51. If you want to book each room separately, you need to set up a separate listing for each room and then you will have separate calendars for each listing. You will need to ensure that your pictures show the bed and bath related to each listing along with general shared space pictures. You also need to make sure guests understand there will be other unrelated guests. Hope this makes sense!
Makes a lot of sense, thanks so much.
