My Experience with Airbnb

I want to express my cordial gratitude to this wonderful company, whose customer service and proficiency go beyond the stars. Soon after having booked our trip through Airbnb, we encountered terrible news of being attacked by the Azerbaijani army on September 13th, causing massive destructions and casualties rolling over 300 people. Thus, we requested to cancel our trip for the time being due to further escalation of the Azerbaijani army and possible aggravation of the situation. The customer service representatives reacted with compassion and understanding,  operated on a high level, and resolved all the issues in a blink of an eye. Can't thank the whole team and the company for the kindness and sympathy to our miserable and terrifying condition. With due confidence, I recommend and will use the services in near future. It's the best company I've ever known.
