I just posted this response on another similar members post:
"I have the exact same problem and they never got back to me after posting the question. I received an acknowledgement from the "Community" of the situation and that member referred it to Airbnb to respond which was reflected in the dashboard but they never did. I think Airbnb is selectivly removing from visibility certain listings that are not producing as much as others and therefore don't produce the fees they want. I think it is exctreemly dishonest because they lead you (the owner/ manager) to belive the property is still listed (the dashboared allows you to see it when logged in) when it's not!"
