@Ciera1 it is not good if a host does not respond. How long ago was the last message you sent to her?
(Also, if you have a reservation with her, you should also have her phone number.)
On a separate note, the host hasn't accepted any money from you; Airbnb is the one who took your payment, and Airbnb holds onto your money until after you check in. The host gets nothing until the day after you check in (in part to protect you in case you want to immediately leave.)
If the host continue to be unresponsive, you can ask Airbnb for help. Tell Airbnb you have a reservation and you are concerned about the host potentially cancelling, and that you have tried to reach the host but the host has not responded. They can relocate you if necessary.
