My listing is not visible

Hi my listing is not visible to the public. I thought it was because I did not have a government id on file, but I did that and I still cant  pull it up. It has not been visible for at least 3 months. I have called Airbnb several times on this matter and they told me the last two times , they will put it on there urgent list, but I have not heard back from them. It is very frustrating because it has not been visible during my "busy" season. Any ideas would be helpful.
