Im new to hosting and noticed that the pin on the map was not in the correct place regarding my location in London. I kept on trying to correct it but it kept on returning to the incorrect spot. i thought maybe it would correct itself but now its confusing guests.
How can this be corrected if its not allowing me to do it ??
I also noticed this when I booked Havana, it showed the host as being in the middle of the sea!!!

@Paolina0 I just answered a question about this. If you are postive that you have input your address correctly, I would send an email over to Airbnb as this is something that probably can not be fixed on your end. In the meanwhile I would make sure and provide your guests specific instructions on how to get to your property so there are no issues. I believe the other person was in your same area so this may not be an isolated issue. Good luck getting this fixed!

Very often is a problem with the map Airbnb's. I every few months must to return the pin to the right place because it itself is moved (or have someone play with our ads?)

Hello community! I also noticed that my listing's pin on the map is incorrect after a family member picked it up. My location is actually very important because we are on the banks of a river that runs through our town, and the incorrect location puts us on the other side of the river which is far away from the centre of town were my listing actually is. Like the other host, I also followed the instrucyions of how to move the pin, but an 'error' message came up which said I am not authorized to make this change. What should I do please? Nice to meet you. I would recommend contact the Support Team about this, they will then be able to manually move the pin for you. To do this take a look at this Community Guide (created by a host here in the Community Center), which shows the different ways to reach them.

It is more that a year later and I still did not get help from Airbnb in solving this problem. My listing is incorrect on the Map. It puts us on the other side of the river and guests get lost when the follow the Airbnb link. It really is very frustrating because I have tried everyting and am at my wits end! Please fix this!!

Unfortunately no one here can help you with this, as the Community Center is not monitored by Airbnb. You will need to contact them directly and get them to change the map pin for you - this Community Help Guide explains the best ways to do so.
