My original account has been hacked and cancelled after an un-refundable transaction was made

I got an email that a reservation was confirmed at 5:52AM for 934$ , then at 5:53AM this reservation was cancelled , and at 5:53AM the whole account was cancelled.

I tried to login but it seems that all my details including the email address were changed by the hacker.

I tried to call the landline but it is verifying against the old phone number which seems to be changed.

I didn't get any confirmation email from Airbnb confirming the change in the details , which is a major security flaw in this platform and Airbnb is responsible for all the damages because of this poor design.

I contacted AirBnb Account on Twitter and Facebook but didn't get any reply.

The most ridiculous thing that I have to create a new account to post here to Airbnb !!!!
