Hey Airbnb - offer guests the ability to see multiple available listings at the same location

I have a guesthouse that has three guestsuites on the top floor, and we live on the lower level.  Each room has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, seating area, a private balcony, large Smart TV, and we are installing mini-fridges in each room next week.  All guestrooms share one kitchen, pantry and the kitchen balcony.

On a few occassions, I have had guests who are traveling as part of a larger group, tell me after check-in that they didn't realize we had more than one room available, and would have booked the other rooms so they could be close with friends/family.  Or, they would have selected a different room (each of our rooms is individually decorated, slightly different features and room space varies).  This situation could be solved if the Airbnb search would have an additional filter such as "same location - multiple units" under the beds and rooms section, and then present results that have multiple rooms available at the same location that are not bedrooms in a house or apartment.  The property listing pages of the search results could have a secton titled "Other rooms available at this location" with a link to the other listings at that property location which are available during the searched dates.

Some people may say that they could just rent a house or apartment.  For various reasons guests may not want to stay in a house or apartment with their friends/family, e.g., they prefer the space size and amenities offered in our guestsuites vs. a bedroom; privacy and security - they don't want worry about uninvited visitors entering their room (because each suite has a door lock); exclusivity - no sharing a bathroom, TV or balcony; cleanliness - guests must have much less opportunity to leave clutter in the limited common space.

The suggested search results or listing page change is beneficial to both guests and hosts, because it can: cut down on the amount post-checkin guest cancellations and relocations (to be closer to friends/family); improve location reviews, because guests are less likely to have a complaint about traveling to meet with their friends/family; reduce "room envy" and guest dissatisfaction, because the guest may have an opportunity to choose amongst multiple rooms at the time of booking.

Plus, the overall guest enjoyment level may increase.  Besides the comraderie of sharing the travel experience in a common location, it also saves on transportation costs, because guest will not have to drive/take taxis/the bus to meet, and can travel in the same vehicle/taxi/bus when going out.

I have previously submitted recommendations directly to Airbnb, and received no response.  This time I am asking folks in the community to chime in with their thoughts about offering guests the ability to see multiple available listing at the same location.

@Debra300

this would be very useful, I agree. Booking.com has this option.

We have 2 apartments who share the same entrance hall so we made 2 separate listings + 3rd one for both of them together. This isn't a problem for us but when someone has more units than all possible combinations increase. It would be also very useful for hostels who offer beds instead of rooms.

I don't know why Airbnb never thought about it.

You can put the link to your homepage in each listing description, so guest can see all your accomodations. The link is not blocked, but appears as text.

@Emiel1, thanks for the suggestion.  I previously included the host's URL to all of my property listings at the beginning of The Space section in each of the listings, but it appeared as a regular text and not as a hyperlink.  So, guests overlooked it, because they don't read (at least not carefully) listing details.

My suggestion for an Airbnb link removes the onus from the guest to click the link for each room, and search if it is available for the desired dates.
