I have had guests in my home since the 31st of Jan and sill havent been paid, today is the 26th of Feb.
It says they have transferred the payment on air BnB but my bank has not receieved anything and not rejected the payment, they gave me a transaction code that my bank could not track.
I have been back and forth with phone calls but i have not heard anything yet.
They have told me not to call back as they will get in touch with me, my guests will be staying for 3 months and the second payment is due next week,
I changed my oayment method to Pay pal but nothing is reflecting yet.
I rang paypal and they informed me that my acount was active and I should check with Air bnb.
Everytime i call i am told that it has been made an urgent matter and they are unable to connect me to the other department.
What do I do?
How do I escalate my comment further?
