My potential guest does not know how much to pay

I have been contacted by a potential guest, who agreed to stay in my apartment, but she does not know how much she should pay, i am wondering if it was a genuine request, it it is, is it possible for air bnb staff to help my potential guest.

Hi @Jane12,

You should be able to provide an approximate total cost to the guest.  To do this, while you are logged into your account, search for your property with the dates your guest is requesting.  The search will show properties and most likely since you are logged in, your listing may be one of the first listings.  Click on your listing and it will give you a breakdown of what the guest will pay.  See images below.
