NEED SPACE FOR MEET & GREET

I'm hosting a family reunion on September 1, 2018. I'm in need of space for 8 hrs from 10 am to 6pm or shorter time. Just need space for meet&greet of family. The family will eat lunch and enjoy the Pensacola view.

I would imagine a hotel, resort or restaurant would suit your needs, rather than Airbnb which is designed for people wanting accommodation.
