Need help adding a payout method

Hello guys and thank you for any help that you can provide. Here is my problem :

I'm Tunisian, for our country we have  International Wire transfer available only which is not suitable for me because it needs a special bank account that I can't have.
I have a payonneer account though that I have been using for years and never had any problem with before, this would be the perfect method for me, so I chose USA and when I wanted to put in my adress I couldn't change the country to mine, so I put in any kind of information just to get to the payonneer information part. When I got there, I couldn't link my payoneer account with my airbnb one and it requested I used another email. This also would be very inconvienient for me since I will for sure have problems for having 2 accounts.

I also can't use paypal to get paid even with a verified account because it's not available in my country.

Did anyone have my problem and/or knows how to help ?

Hello sir , I have problem to add my payout method. It was accidentally deleted and i was trying to add again but no possible to add payout method now. So could you mind pelase help me ?
