Need my refund

Hi , im erika flores. Can someone help me, because  i still didnt  get my refund. They said it will only take 5-7 working days but until now theres no refund reflecting on my account. 

I cancelled my transaction with my host june 11,2019 

i asked them but in there end they said 

Hi Erika! Let me check with Airbnb. In our end, we didn't receive any amount yet, from that first transaction at pati rin sa overnight near Grande ninyo po.

The amount sa reservation ng overnight sa Grande will be released to me after you check out
