Neighbour complaint

Hi

I have guests staying in my holiday home in Spain - I am in England.  We had an email from someone in the community telling us they flouted rules regarding the pool use and got drunk on the first night (Saturday) - this prompted complaints from the neighbours due to noise, swearing etc.  The next day, they sheepishly apologises to the neighbours and have been fine since.  Should I send them a quick message to show I am aware and to remind them to look at the rules (all provided).  They are currently in the house.
