New House Rules Format

I really like the new house rules format. The icons are a nice touch and it looks cleaner and easy to read.

But the descriptions are gone under the "You must also acknowledge" section. Maybe they are visible deeper into the booking process but that doesn’t help guests quickly scanning my listing. For example, there is a construction project happening outside my place during the first two weeks of July. I want guests to acknowledge that there could be some noise. I don’t want people thinking there is always a potential for noise at all times.

mine is still the same as before.

But, there is no sense to have "you must also acknowledge" in the middle of the house rules. It seems Airbnb is trying to hide our house rules as deep as possible.

At the arrival, I ask all of my guests if they have read my house rules and they have no idea what I am talking about.

I printed it on the same page with WIFI password and contact info and leave it on the table.
