You don't do anything @Stephen703 . If the guest wants to accept the booking, they click on it to confirm.

Have you had a look at the Airbnb Help Centre - if not it is worth reading through it as it covers all the basics around managing your listing. And do have a look at the tutorials and guides on this community too.
