New to airbandb

Hi there

I am having trouble working out how to review my first guest and also is the service fee 3% on booking and another 3% on conversion rate from USD$ to NZD $.  I also had a question if you want to rent out your room to one person and there is additional fee for another do you put 1 person beside the room booking or 2 to show there is capacity for 2.
