No Service fee for guest? Host pay for it?

Hi, I was looking at my own listing and i came across this just below the reserve tab

No service fee

Host covers the service fee for their guests.

it wasnt there when i checked last, am i missing something or do i need to turn off something? checked everywhere but could not find any solution to turne it off...

This is being tried randomly, you should have had a mail about it.

2 choices :

Contact customer service and get them to switch it off

or

up your prices by 12% to include the service fee.

no i did not received any mail regarding this issue, that is why i was quite shocked when it pops up suddenly.

Is your host-only fee 14%, or is it 10% (two different scenarios)

Also, who is your payment entity? (Where do your payments come from, as stated on your bank statement?)
