Hi Fellas,
i just started doing airbnb recently and applied the 20% promotion they offer to get started and gotten about 4 bookings , i have realized that after 3 bookings the promotion ends and so does the bookings. Havent got any bookings so far recently.
can anyone tell me what am i doing wrong?

@Theodore-Timothy1 Doesn't seem like you're doing anything wrong, but looking at your listing, it seems way too cheap! $39/night for up to 4 people? In a nice, modern apartment with a gym and a pool? That comes to $10/night per person. I don't know what prices in your area are like, but I don't see how you could be making any money at that price. If I were you, I'd charge a base price for 2 guests and an additional per person fee for 3 or 4 guests.
Maybe people are suspicious because it's too cheap- also, it seems that none of the 4 bookings you got left reviews, which is too bad.
Maybe it's not a touristy time of year where you are now?
Your photos are clear and good and your listing description is okay. One confusing thing is that you say in the description that the place sleeps up to 4 people, but at the top, it says 3 guests?

Thanks for the reply @Sarah977 .
i am making the price cheap as i didnt get any bookings so far and thought of making it cheaper would help it.
I am currently new to airbnb and my first guest are still staying at my apartment and another 3 on a later date so i havent gotten any reviews so far.
any idea on how can I improve my description?
i had an option to put the couch in my living room as a bed so probably thats what caused the confusion, should i include the couch or remove it as an option for sleeping?
