No bookings, no inquiries

Dear hosts,

About a two months ago I listed my apartment on Airbnb and hosted some great guests. It all started pretty well but changed dramatically the last month. I haven't received any bookings or views - other than my own. This has been quite frustrating, so I asked some friends to check if they could find my listing. Unfortunately, none could. It seems like my listing is not published? I have tried to get in touch with customer service without any luck. Does anyone here have an idea of what could be wrong?

@Sero0, it's strange - if I search through ALL listings in Sankt Hansaugen, Oslo (17 pages) it doesn't come up at all. However, if I put in a few search filters (entire place, 2+ beds, 2+ bedrooms), then it comes up on the last page (out of 6 pages). I would definitely be contacting Airbnb about this...I have seen another recent post about a similar issue.

It doesn't show at the moment (Not even through the link of @Emiel1).

It looks like it is paused or even de-activated?

You may want to check the listing status in your advertisement. Does it show: Advertised?

Otherwise: Contact Airbnb!

The same thing happened to me today. Absolutely no support from the support team.  They keep telling me it's there if I use filters.  I told them that people arent' going to use filters to find MY listing, yet 120 other listings show up but not mine.  They couldn't help me at all.  Did you get your problem resolved?
