No payment received

Hi everyone, as I am a new host, please help me:) I had the first guest in June 3 , 2019 . I ve already received my prepaid airbnb card and activated it but there is no single amount on card. Can you tell me, when I will be paid?

@Anastasia198  I'm not sure what a prepaid Airbnb card is. Is that one of the Payout Preferences that's accepted where you live? It seems like that would be a way for a guest to pay for a booking, not for a host to receive their payouts. Payment method means how a guest pays. Payout preference means how a host gets paid by Airbnb. As far as I'm aware, Airbnb pays hosts through Paypal, Payoneer, or transfer to your bank account. Different options are available in different countries. But they don't make payments to any debit or credit cards, as far as I know.

New hosts don't get paid for up to 30 days for their first reservation. After that, you should see the payments released 24 hours after the guest checks in.
