We are a family from Kyiv, Ukraine.
Airbnb partners since 2012, superhost from last year.
Everything was great and we appreciate the Airbnb team for great job.
But we have the feeling, something goes wrong.
Our last reservation 26-28 January, **. The payout on our Payoneer account must be 27-th.
After one week conversation with Airbnb support in chat, phone calls to head office in USA - no money, no explanation, no excuses. The only one, we’ve got after one week - our case is in special department and maybe, sometime the will contact us.
What is wrong? Why in week nobody could clear the situation for us?
Our next guests will be at our Villa de Jardin this week. What should we do with? Any ideas?
We kindly ask Airbnb team contact us and explain what happened and what should we do in this case.
