No request

Hello - I received a text on my phone this morning that said "Congratulations! N.....is arriving 1st Jan for a one night stay!

Well - NO she can't as I am fully booked and wasn't sent a request to book. I was told next time I'll be fined! 

Not happy with this! I very quickly sent a message saying NO but felt awful at such short notice.

On one of your listings there is instant booking turned on, you might want to turn that of.

If you leave it on, make sure that all calander dates are blocked where you are not able to accomodate.
