No reservation requests

Hallo everybody!

I'm looking for a way to get help about the reservations. I am new in Airbnb and I didn't have a single booking yet. I've received an e-mail where it is suggested to turn on instant bookings, but that's not possible in my case, because I'm offfering my capacities on other locations, too, so this would lead to overlaping of reservations, which wouldn't be good at all.

I'm wondering what is happening and WHY I DIDN'T RECEIVE A SINGLE RESERVATION REQUEST YET. Did Airbnb may be turn me off or block me somehow? Although there is no reason for that...

I would appreciate to get some help

Hello ,

Your apartments are kinda hard to find, I had applied a lot of filters to find them. As I see it, it seems that your aparts are overpriced seeing that other places with 2 bedrooms or 3, are at the same price that yours that only has 1 bedroom.

Try to look for the prices near you with aparts similar to yours so you can put a convenient price for you. As I said I believe it's mostly the price that makes you don't get reservations, it also can help if your change the stay to 1 night.

Oh, and don't turn instant bookings on.
