We are fairly new to hosting and I wish AirBnB had a procedure for handling no shows. I would like a way to indicate they didn’t come. As it is, I keep getting requests to review them and it looks like I’m ignoring the request. Is it OK to mention in the review that you missed them as apparently their travel plans changed? Obviously I can’t rate them, so the review is never completed. Do you just ignore them?
Not sure why you would not rate the guest, clearly communication is an issue, but other than that, they were great guests, they left the place in perfect condition, they didn't break any house rules.
Just put down that they were a no show in your review. I would take them as a guest any day.
