Non payment from Airbnb

Hi there 

I had my first guests 2 weeks ago. I am in South Africa . 
As of today the payment is apparently lost .. 

Guests have been wonderful by following up with their bank and I have spoken to Airbnb but the payment is missing .. 

I am fully booked from Friday to end May .. how do I  ensure this doesn’t continue to happen ?

What do you mean when you say the payment is 'lost'.

Good luck ! I am still chasing up payments that cover a 4 month period. Multiple excuse's - but I am over £3k short ....
