Not able to view a prospective guest's reviews

Hi

I have had a booking request from someone who is shown as having 3 reviews. I would like to read them before I accept the booking as obviously if she has three negative reviews, this is relevant to my decision. However I can't seem to access them. Can you please help? you should be able to click on their name which brings up their profile & any reviews. On a desktop computer it's under the "about this guest" heading & on the app click on the request details in the top right & it brings up their profile & reviews.
