I am having this same problem. I had a guest stay November 27th-December 1st. Payout was supposed to be released on the 28th of November. Today is December 9th. This is ridiculous. I have called 4 times and each of them said it will be resolved in 48 hours. That happened 3 times. I'm on the phone with them now the 4th time and still no resolution I have been on hold for 20 min. Im so frustrated. I'm thinking of moving my listings exclusively to VRBO if this isn't resolved soon!
