Not comfortable with the guest reservation

Hi, I do have a request that the guest joined in Jan 2019, no reviews, photos , verifications or details. Also he wants to do a walk through before he books which i think against the Airbnb rules. Either way , I am not comfortable with the guest and do not want to accept reservation but I do not want to get a negative on my dashboard for not accepting a guest. What are my options?

Enter into dialogue perhaps? As for a pre-visit, you are within your rights to turn down.

Decline the guest if you feel uncomfortable (it's only affecting your acceptance rating, not really to worry about) or ask for ID verification and more information. Do not allow pre-visit.
