March 28th reservation, all went well, great guest. Not my first booking. After 2 weeks still havn't seen a deposit in my account, called tech support. They blamed it on a "glitch". Promised they would work it out. A week and a half still nothing, called them again aid they agreed it was rediculous to wait this long. The traveller is a family member of some very well known locals, sent her a message to ask if it the money was removed from her account, It was, she was not happy and called support. They told her the transaction was complete last week. Still no money...
