I am new to managing the owner's site and am confused by the answers to the question about 'not possible'. last two guests were not inquiries but actual reservations I accepted and the first decided not to come last minute and today they decided once they got here to check in it wouldn't work for their infant. They had asked about bringing a bassinet or pack and play and I said that was fine. I got a text from him after he checked in that they're sorry for inconvenience but changed their mind. Now it is showing 'not possible' rather than accepted by both of their names. It was not anything to do with the site not being available or anything on our part and we lost those nights rentals. What do I do? Thanks
