Hello i had an equiry and before i answer it was seen as not possible in my inbox. In the calender though i see the dates are booked and all looks fine. What is the problem?could it mean that something wrong the the payment of his card or it declined? Thank you

was it an INQUIRY or a BOOKING REQUEST or BOOKING CONFIRMED ?

You recieved an enquiry and then someone else booked instantly, therefore the dates on the enquiry are not possible.

Check your reservations for those dates.

I am new to managing the owner's site and am confused by the answers to the question about 'not possible'. last two guests were not inquiries but actual reservations I accepted and the first decided not to come last minute and today they decided once they got here to check in it wouldn't work for their infant. They had asked about bringing a bassinet or pack and play and I said that was fine. I got a text from him after he checked in that they're sorry for inconvenience but changed their mind. Now it is showing 'not possible' rather than accepted by both of their names. It was not anything to do with the site not being available or anything on our part and we lost those nights rentals. What do I do? Thanks

Hi have had two bookings blocked as 'not possible' by airbnb even though my calendar is wide open.
