Not receiving reminders for guest arrival

Since about Nov 1, I have not been receiving 

The reminders which are sent 7 and 3 days before my guests arrive.

i receive all other communications from Airbnb.

Airbnb agents I spoke to say their record shows that reminders were sent on various dates in Nov and Dec but I received NONE

does anyone else experience this problem?

Ah the mysteries of technology 😛  Yes on occassion I do not get the expected reminders.  It seems to help if I clean cache or history.  Between cleaning the cache and rebooting my system, I solve a lot of questions 😄
