I was checking my progress graph today and noticed that every month from July is showing 100% occupancy despite having available days (even November is showing at 100% despite only 1 night booked). I’m awaiting a call back from CS (they cut me off in error)
I’ve noticed a real slump in bookings over the last few weeks - wondering if potential guests aren’t seeing availability.
Anyone else got an occupancy discrepancy?
I haven't got this issue, but I can say the site can be unreliable when presenting data.
For example, my 'ways to earn more' box on the calendar trills I can earn 113% more in July if I only follow the airbnb price tips or tripes. Well I've only got 6 free days left now in July so 113% is supremely optimistic.
Published listing 'viewing figures' for a while also went haywire.
I've checked your listing, it is still bookable.
Only you don't have much availability left in July, August. Might somewhat explain your recent lack of action.
Yes, it seems like the occupancy statistics are usually wonky for me. It will even say that there is 63 days in the month and stuff like that. Too bad because I do like a little math to look at but it just never adds up.
Hi Amanda, did you get it sorted? I'm having exactly the same problem this past week, the stats say 100% occupancy and zero nights available for all months going forward, even though they are clearly available in the calendar. I'm not finding the CS very helpful to be honest.
