Overal experience for my listing

Hi,

I have 3 reviews for my listing "Modern apartment with pool view!". How come that my overall experience for that listing is only 4.3 when the single ratings for that listing are following:

Accuracy - 4,7

Cleanlines - 5,0

Communication - 5.0

Check in - 5,0

Locationa - 5,0

Value - 4,7

How calculate you overal 4,3 out of these single ratings which are not less than 4,7? Your rating of 4,3 is not mathematically correct! Can you please check?

Hope you are well. 

Overall rating average is based on the actual individual “overall rating” the three guests have given. Given the 4.3*/5, I imagine you have received 1x 5* and 2x 4* for this. 

((5+4+4)/15)x5*= 4.3*
