PAYMENTS

HELLO! I am trying to change the card, to get the payments to this new card, but for one reason it doesn't allow me to do it!

 

The name is correct,  which will be my boyfriends card.

The CLABE is correct

And I am putting the correct number ID ( passport)

 

And it told me that the information is incorrect..

 

Can you help me please?

Hi

 

I checked my pending payments by chance and saw the boxes for payment said "default".. I changed all the boxes to my bank account number then received 6 emails saying my payment method had been changed?

 

I have been receiving payments successfully up to now and for some reason my bank details had been changed to "default"

 

Is everything going to go ahead as normal? I am expecting 2 payments and have 5 guests booked in until mid August.
