PAYOUT DELAY

Hi ! 

We havent had any payments for the for the three bookings that we had in Nov, all have checked out on 13 NOV, 9 NOV & 4 NOV. Air bnb always pays out to our bank account within a couple of days of check out date. Does anyone know what we are supposed to do?
