What do we do if we cannot contact your payment partner Payoneer? What if it has been more than 4 business days and we still did not get our pay out? I opted for bank transfer and I saw under status to contact payoneer if it has been more than 4 business days. I did but did not get any reply. I tried to reach your email support. I was advised to contact payoneer since I opted for payoneer which I did not and that the funds were already released and completed. I didn't even know that I was and will be dealing with payoneer for future payouts because upon adding my bank details there was no disclaimer of such. I again reached your phone support and I was advised a different thing. They said it is 3-7 business days and cannot confirm the status if it is completed or what not.
I am in doubt that someone will answer me but I just hope there is someone who can read and give me concrete answer.
