I have a party arriving at 14.00 today, a member and a friend. The member messaged me yesterday to say that she is not now coming ans is being replaced by another friend, so I will now have two guests, neither of whom are members. How could this affect public liabilty insurance , possible damage claims etc?
Third party bookings are not allowed so yes, in case of some damages and problems Airbnb wouldn't probably back you up.
You should contact airbnb and tell them to cancel this reservation and instruct the guests to open new accounts and rebook
